We loved this hotel! The location was amazing – only a short walk to the train station and shopping center. The staff were incredibly kind and gave us all the information we needed. The facilities were excellent, including a handy phone with free internet and local calls, and cooking facilities including a kettle and washing machine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an extra blanket and pillows. we had a great experience at this hotel and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay in this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the shopping area and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean and we really appreciated the on, site laundry facilities.

The check, in process, which was a bit confusing as the check, in desk was located in a different area than our room. once we figured it out, it was not a big issue.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Canal City shopping area, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The room was spacious and well-facilitated, with a washing machine and other basic amenities, which was perfect for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and the option to cook our own meals in the apartment-style room.

The Residence Hotel Hakata 4 offered great value for money, with spacious rooms that had all the basic amenities you could need, including a washing machine. I particularly liked the attention to detail, like the big bathtub with 追い炊き機能 and the fish grill, which added a unique touch to my stay. The location was fantastic, very close to Canal City, where I found a wonderful cafe for breakfast. Plus, it was just a short walk to both the Tenjin area and the shopping area in the Canal City.

The hotel has a great location, convenient for exploring the city’s main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the canal city, which offered plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The room was also surprisingly spacious and had nice views from the balcony.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Checking in was a bit confusing as we had to pick up the key from a separate location and there was no one at the reception to assist us.

This place may seem like good value for money, but the location is far from ideal. It takes a lot of effort just to obtain the key, and the concierge is miles away. Not ideal for first time visitors who are looking for a stress-free stay. Plus, don't expect anyone to speak English. On the other hand, it's conveniently placed near the Canal City and Hakata station. the apartments are well facilitated and have a Handy phone, free internet and local calls. Pros also include Kettle, Hair Dryer, Washing Machine, Toothbrush & paste, iron and ironing board, and cooking facilities.
